EPDM is a Butyl Rubber Product that has been used for Irrigation Canals and decorative Ponds. EPDM comes in small panels, and can only be adhesive welded, not chemical or heat welded. This is a time consuming and quality control concern during installation. Due to the low chemical resistance of EPDM if is not recommended for any industrial application.
