HDPE is an excellent geomembrane material that has a variety of uses. It is a high density polyethylene and it has a high resistance to industrial solutions and chemicals and can be left exposed to UV light and weather for over 20 years. HDPE comes in up to 23' wide rolls which are fusion welded together on site. The most common applications involve harsh chemicals requiring containment. The standard thicknesses are 40mil, 60mil, 80mil, and 100mil.
