The purpose of a secondary containment liner system is to contain leakage from a hazardous liquid in the event that the primary containment system may fail. A secondary containment liner is a critical component in the use and management of portable or mobile container or tank systems. These primary containment vessels consist of tanks, barrels, drums and concrete enclosures or vessels designed to contain a specific hazardous liquid.
